At Viking Conveyor we are always on the lookout for new products and solutions to offer our customers. The new addition to our conveyor roller family is a guide roller, which is made from solid polyurethane. It is particularly suited for quarries, mines and other heavy weight industries.
The beauty of the solid polyurethane roller is that it is less likely to produce wear and tear on the belt; it has a longer service life so there is less exposure to downtime required when replacing rollers.
The guide roller can be retrofitted to a current conveyor line or installed on a new product line. The roller is designed for conveyor systems that operate in heavy weight industry. We currently have the product in stock from our international supplier, Jim Way, who has more than 30 years in experience in bulk materials handling.
